This is Powell Holman 6115 - Quick Trip, the herd sire for Pine Log Creek Farms. Trip got his name from
our quick trip to Ohio where we purchased him at the 2006
Mid Summer Classic Sale. Trip has traveled a long way to reach
his new home in Pine Log. He came from the Powell Holman Ranch in
Sonora, Texas to Springfield, Ohio for the sale. Then he traveled
home to Georgia with us!

Megatron is the latest edition to
the Pine Log Creek Farms herd sire pen. Megatron came to Pine Log from Clarksville, Georgia from the herd of Holly McShane's awesome goats at Fern Hollow Farm. He is a young buck, born 01-02-08 who promises to bring great things to Pine Log Creek. He is sired by FHF Sudoko, with a list of famous Ennobled goats in his line (RRD Guage, EGGSONERATE, EGGSPOTENTIAL, EGGS MAPLE, RRD S889) and his dam is RRD Brassie with her own list of famous Ennobled relatives (EGGS RYALS Magnum, and RYALS TopBrass) |
PLCF "Addie's Long Black Train"
is a Pine Log Creek Farms born and bred 100% Full Blood, solid
red Boer Buck. He was sired by PLCF "Addie's John Wayne" and his
dam is BZI Maize (mother to Marshall Dillon, another PLCF bred
Overall Reserve Champion Buck).
Long Black Train was born on Addie's birthday (12-12-07) and took Overall Grand Champion Buck at the 2008 Autaugua Agribition when he was only 6 weeks old. |
